I honestly cannot praise Nuvo Dental highly enough.

I’m from the UK and was in Orlando on holiday when part of an existing filling on one of my back teeth suddenly broke. Being thousands of miles from home and suddenly needing emergency dental treatment is obviously not something you ever want to deal with on holiday.

I emailed Nuvo Dental at around 11:30pm that night, not really expecting to hear anything until the following day. They got back to me and somehow managed to squeeze me in for an appointment at 9am the very next morning. That alone was incredible and immediately took so much of the worry out of the situation.

From the moment I arrived, every single person I dealt with was friendly, reassuring, professional and genuinely seemed to care. I never felt rushed or like I was simply another tourist needing emergency treatment. They took the time to examine the tooth properly, took X rays, explained exactly what had happened and talked me through what they could do to repair and protect the tooth so I could get on with enjoying the rest of my holiday.

Dr Pedro Ramirez was exceptional. He explained everything clearly throughout the appointment and made what could have been a really stressful experience feel completely manageable. The treatment itself was incredibly thorough. He even needed to carefully remove some gum that had grown around the damaged area so he could properly access and repair the tooth. What impressed me just as much was the care afterwards. They understood that, as someone visiting from the UK, I would need detailed paperwork for my travel insurance. They went above and beyond to provide me with a comprehensive report explaining what had happened, why the treatment was necessary while I was in Florida, exactly what they had done and what my own dentist would need to follow up when I returned home. At no point did I feel like they were trying to sell me unnecessary treatment or take advantage of the fact that I was a tourist. Quite the opposite. I genuinely felt that their priority was getting me out of trouble, protecting my tooth and making sure I could enjoy the rest of my holiday.

I’ve experienced dental care both in the UK and abroad, and the professionalism, efficiency and standard of care at Nuvo Dental genuinely stood out.

A massive thank you to Dr Ramirez and the whole Nuvo Dental team for looking after me so well. If you live in Orlando, you’re incredibly lucky to have a dental practice like this on your doorstep. And if you’re visiting Orlando and suddenly find yourself needing a dentist, I wouldn’t hesitate for a second to recommend them.

Dr. Ramirez and his team recognize the significance of life. My husband was in Dr. Rameriz's reception area, my husband experienced a stroke. Dr. Ramirez acted promptly and effectively. They recognized the signals, called the ER. Upon receiving the call, I hurried to the emergency room. I would highly recommend Nuvo Dental to anyone.  I moved to Florida after having the same dentist for 20+ years in another state.  After much research, I tried Nuvo Dental.  Dr Ramirez and the staff are top notch professionals.  The office is state of the art and Dr Ramirez is very personal. I am grateful to have found this dental office.
